There’s something cool about an actor who goes to see his own movie but really owns it.

“Penguins of Madagascar” star Peter Stormare breezed into The Grove in L.A. and said he was not only going to see his money, he was plunking down the fee of admission.

Peter — who you’ll recognize from flicks like “The Huge Lebowski” and “Fargo” — loved what he saw, but he DIDN’T see it in 3D … and he has his reasons.
