Kenya’s most well-known billionaire and businessman Chris Kirubi seems to have this type of trait. Last Saturday he tweeted Mishy Amina, a well-known Hub FM presenter on Hits Not Homework, telling her that she should be tweeting about her show on Hub FM and her colleagues after she tweeted about Coke Studio Africa. Chris Kirubi is the title-holder of Hub FM and many other big companies. So should we also take upon yourself he also owns his employees’ social media accounts and dictate what they say further than the workplace?
