Snails are some of the weirdest creatures in Kenya which many people really find disgusting. Well some people see money when they see them. An example is former Fill in Minister Raila Odinga’s daughter who has decided to venture into snail farming.

Rosemary Odinga started the business back in 2007 and supplies to various high end hotels in Nairobi. As we know Chinese like to eat fried snails. To then it is a delicacy. In Nairobi the number of Chinese is slowly increasing in the country so there is a demand.

Well at least she is smiling all the way to the bank.
