Robert Durst — ‘The Jinx’ Finale Will Air … Despite Murder Arrest

0315-robert-durst-hbo-getty-01Robert Durst’s right to remain silent is out the window, because the end of the HBO show, “The Jinx: the Live and Deaths of Robert Durst,” will air as scheduled Sunday night.

An HBO honcho tells TMZ … the show will not be effected by Durst’s arrest Saturday for the murder of a Los Angeles woman back in 2000.  Durst will not fight extradition, but he will fight the charge back in LA.

The TV show — which features extensive interviews with Durst — paints a bizarre and arguably incriminating picture of the man.  It archives three murders in which many believe Durst was the culprit.

Anything Durst says in the five episodes that have already aired, and the sixth that airs Sunday night, can be used against him in the murder trial.
