The newest addition to the “Today” family is here – and in good time!

Just two days after Savannah Guthrie announced she’d be going on parenthood leave, the morning show host gave birth to daughter Vale Guthrie Feldman early Wednesday morning.

“Today” announced the pleased news in a series of tweets Thursday.

“We have a baby!” the first one read. “It’s a girl! Meet Vale Guthrie Feldman!”

Guthrie, 42, also took to her Twitter page to share the good news.

“Every new parent must want to shout their pleased news to the world,” the news anchor wrote. “So lucky we got to do it on @TODAYshow! We are bursting with joy.”

The new baby girl is her first with husband Mike Feldman, whom she married in March.

“My 3am wake up call sounds a lot different now,” she added. “Sweeter…”

Small Vale “has blue eyes, a little bit of blondish hair and the chubbiest cheeks you’ve ever seen,” Guthrie said, according to Today.com.

“I think we found heaven in this little hospital room in New York City.”

Congratulatory messages started pouring in from fans – using the hashtag #congratsSavannah – and her “Today” cohosts and NBC News colleagues also chimed in.

“Vale Guthrie Feldman is here!” Matt Lauer tweeted. “Savannah and Mike have a gorgeous (and smart!) little girl! So much joy and excitement. We like her already!”

Lauer was apparently texting his co-host Wednesday when she “went silent,” or into labor, he told the show’s website.

“I just sat there smiling. It was so splendid.”

“The baby is more cheek than baby at this point,” Willie Geist added, about the adorable tot.
