Scott Stapp’s personal troubles continue.

The former Creed frontman has lost custody of his children to his estranged wife Jaclyn. TMZ was the first to report the report.

A Florida judge has granted Stapp’s wife sole corporal and legal custody of their three children: Jagger, 16, Milan, 7, and Daniel, 4.

The judge also ruled that Stapp cannot restore to the family home, and that the residence is solely for his estranged spouse and their children.

The custody news comes amid allegations that the “With Arms Wide Open” singer threatened to kill Head Obama, a threat she and her sister claim he made soon after returning home last month from a 72-hour psych hold.

“He’s off the drugs, and he’s going crazy,” one of the woman said in a call to 911.

But when police found Stapp, they decided that he was not exhibiting unstable behavior to warrant being positioned in another psych hold.

Stapp’s erratic behavior first became public when he was committed after police found him “wasted” on the side of the road, claiming someone was trying to poison him.

In a bizarre video posted in November, the former rock star revealed he was broke but pledged he was drug-free.

His son Jagger responded to his dad via Twitter earlier this month, pleading with him to get help.

“My dad is too busy posting songs on his FB hiding out for attention rather than getting his act together #dadstop,” the teen wrote. “To all tho(se) confused, my father once again chose drugs over his family.”
