“Shahs of Sunset” star Mercedes Javid sees nothing incorrect with shamelessly washing her car for a photo op …declaring, “F*** the drought!”

Javid was out Tuesday night at Bootsy Bellows in West Hollywood and she’s clearly wasted. When our photog questioned about the car wash pics, her reasoning was compelling, we say sarcastically.
