A prominent Park Ave. doctor wanted a modeling outfit to do a shady trade — send him on dates with its models to settle a purported debt, Confidenti@l has learned.

Dr. Emil Chynn said the outfit owed him either cash or roughly 30 nights out with leggy ladies from its roster, we’re told.

Insiders say the Ivy League-educated eye doctor did eye surgery on an exec from the Posh Models NJ outfit in restore for advertising for his do, Park Avenue LASEK, in New Jersey magazine Metropolis Nights — a sister company of the outfit — and other consideration.

But when the doc found himself dissatisfied with the ads, he said he was due a check — or dozens of evenings on the town — we’re told.

The outfit received an email from Chynn, saying, “you can choose which of the following you prefer,” outlining these options:

“Just pay us the cash amount due (a few thousand $ ),” or “set me up on dates w your models at $ 100 per date (or subsequent date).”

Chynn clarified, “this means if you set up 10 dates, and I go out w each of them 1-3x, it will wash out your balance.”

Both Chynn and Posh Models strenuously persist that it was the other have fun that first not compulsory settling the debt with dates.

“In no way would I agree to renting out my models to go on a date with anyone for any reason,” Posh Models NJ’s title-holder, Jairo Arias, told Confidenti@l. Meanwhile, a representative for Chynn insists that it was the Posh exec who “came up with all of these crazy thoughts in exchange for professional services, including offering” his models as dates.

This is just the latest grand romantic gesture in Chynn’s bizarre campaign to find like.

In 2013 he reportedly spammed attendees at a New Jersey networking event, promising Botox and Juvederm to anyone who could hook him up with a “very skinny” Ivy League grad.

All the way back in 2010, Gawker reported that he had posted a Craigslist add offering free rent in a Park Ave. studio to a personal supporter willing to “reactivate my match.com profile and troll for dates for me.” As an added incentive, the site reported that if he married a woman from one of the dates, “my parents will give you a reward of $ 10,000 in cash, ie bills, so that’s a bonus!”

The lovelorn ophthalmologist even tried his luck on Bravo’s “The Millionaire Matchmaker” last year, but complained that he had been “set up to fail” by host Patti Stanger when prospective like matches managed to resist his charms.
