Oh baby!

Sofia Vergara and Nick Loeb both spoke out on their frozen embryos battle with dueling morning show appearances Thursday.

The “Modern Family” star sat down with “Excellent Morning America” to give her side on her clash with her ex-fiancé over their frozen embryos, which they made through in-vitro fertilization while they were engaged. (The couple split up in May 2014.)

Vergara emphatically confirmed this was the last time she’d speak out on this issue in public because “I don’t think its honest.”

“I’ve been effective very hard for 20 years to get to this point where I am, enjoying my movie,” she said, referring to her comedy “Hot Pursuit” co-starring Reese Witherspoon, opening Friday.

“I promote all my movies, all my work, but I don’t like promoting my private life.”

Vergara, 42, seethed that her ex has taken their private matter to a public forum, particularly with his recent New York Times op-ed.

In the piece, Loeb confirmed that he believed “life starts at conception.” He also clarified that he wanted to bring the pair of female embryos to term because “I have always dreamed of being a father.”

“It shouldn’t be out there for people to give their opinion when there’s nothing to talk about,” Vergara said.

“There’s papers signed. There is a court date,” she said, referring to an covenant they both signed in 2013 in which they agreed “no unilateral action” could be taken with the embryos “except both parties consent.”

“He shouldn’t be making something so hideous out of nothing.”

Vergara also pointed out that her ex was going public with their battle during a foremost moment in her career.

“I don’t want to allow this person to take more benefit of my career and try to promote himself and get press for this,” she said.

She was similarly upset with the media for giving Loeb a platform to address his spat with her.

“Just with the press, it’s like … allowing a bigwig to invent things and make press for himself,” she said.

“He’s not an actor. He’s not a celebrity. It’s like, why? Why are they allowing him to do that?”

After Sofia Vergara split up with Nick Loeb in May 2014, she became engaged to Joe Manganiello a few months later in December.

For his part, Loeb told “Today” that he had nothing to do with the leak regarding the August 2014 lawsuit he filed to preserve the embryos, but it was really Vergara’s camp that stoked headlines about the dispute and that he was only seeking to tell his side when he penned the op-ed.

“Unfortunately, I didn’t even come out with the report to start with, ” the 39-year-ancient businessman insisted. “It was leaked to press, there was comments made by her team in the press, and I felt I looked-for to come out and right the record.”

Regarding the timing of the Times piece — which dropped amid Vergara’s press tour for “Hot Pursuit” — Loeb said he wrote it a week before it came out.

“I have no control when The New York Times prints their op-eds,” he said.

While Vergara has confirmed that she neither wants to see the embryos hurt or bring them to term, Loeb said he’d have no problem if Vergara chose to bring the embryos to term and raise them with new fiancé Joe Manganiello.

“As long as I was caught up in the parental process. Obviously, it’d be no different if we had children and I separated, we would have joint custody, and they would spend time raising the child, and I would spend time raising the child.

“There’s 20 million release parents in this world,” he added later. “They’re all effective really hard to (raise) children. So I don’t think there’s anything incorrect with being a release father or release mother.”

Loeb also shot back at speculation that his battle with his well-known ex was financially motivated.

“I’ve existing for her to waive all financial responsibilities, I’ll financially pay to raise this child, put it through the high classes,” he said. “I can give these children a wonderful life. These girls will be raised knowing that they had a father who fought so hard for them, they’ll know they’ll be loved so much.”

Loeb said despite the fact that Vergara insists they put this issue to rest, he simply can’t go on.

“It has nothing to do with her baby or a baby; lives were already made,” Loeb said.

“I wouldn’t just toss them aside, no different than a child that had been born.”
