Although Brazilian bombshell Gisele Bundchen may be just 34 years ancient, the supermodel has officially retired from the runways after 20 successful years on the footbridge. Yesterday, Bundchen shared a throwback snapshot from her first airstrip walk in 1994, with the following heading:
“I am grateful that at 14, I was given the opportunity to start this journey. Today after 20 years in the industry, it is a privilege to be doing my last fashion show by choice and yet still be effective in other facets of the business.”
The statuesque blonde, who started her modelling career at age 14, has two children with her husband, 37-year-ancient NFL quarterback Tom Brady. On April 15, Bundchen strutted the footbridge one last time at the Spring/Summer 2016 Colcci show at São Paulo Fashion Week in Brazil.

At her grande end show, the model made a splash in a flirty sheer white frock, which featured a halter neckline and lace detail. Her strappy black bra, knee-high black gladiator boots and contrasting black and white bangles brought an edgy, dramatic touch to her ensemble.

Bundchen also stepped out onto the Colcci airstrip in a flowing orange and white striped dress with strappy neutral gladiator boots.

For a casual look, her third outfit at the end of the show was a white crop top which featured a modelling image of herself and distressed denim. Her fellow models joined her in similar outfits.
While we will miss Bundchen’s fierce walk and flowing golden locks on the airstrip, we’re sure that the supermodel will stay caught up in the world of fashion. With a stunning final walk and a memorable message for her diehard fans, we’ve got to applaud her stylish exit!
