The splendid Machakos Governor, Dr Alfred Mutua has finally brought tapped water to various residents in Machakos. For the first time some people get to experience a shower that isn’t from a bucket.

To commemorate this achievement, the governor took a photo of himself watching a boy take a shower. Its just hilarious.
