John Lithgow is competing on Celebrity Bake Off Stand Up to Cancer has taken up a mammoth seven hour slot on Channel 4 tonight in aid of cancer research.  The show has been on since 7pm, and is being hosted by comedian Alan Carr, Maya Jama and Adam Hills with composition from John Legend, Tom Walker and of course, Michael Bublé.
