Yeah, yeah, yeah, we’ve been lusting after Zac Efron for ages now and Michael B. Jordan has been our number one crush since we saw Fruitvale Rank last summer, but who’s the third guy in the new romantic comedy, That Awkward Moment? That would be Miles Teller. If he’s somehow slipped under your radar in the past, he’s about to explode onto screens in 2014. There’s a reason why film critics are hyping him as the next John Cusack, and we want to give you all the deets on him so you can say, “I liked him before it was cool.”

If you place of protection’t noticed Miles Teller yet, maybe you place of protection’t been paying accurate enough attention. He danced his way into our hearts in the remake of Footloose, made us laugh in raunchy comedies like Project X and 21 and Over and made us swoon opposite Shailene Woodley in The Spectacular Now.

That all said, 2014 is poised to be the Year of Miles Teller. He’s not only starring in That Awkward Moment this year, but he’ll also be reteaming with Shailene Woodley in the highly anticipated adaptation of Divergent. Not to mention he’s already gaining awards hype for his role in Sundance’s favorite film of 2014: Whiplash.

The sky certainly seems to be the limit for Teller, who just nabbed the role of young Dan Aykroyd in the upcoming John Belushi biopic. He’s also in contention for the role of Mr. Fantastic in the Fantastic Four reboot. Time will tell if he wins that superhero role, but he’s certainly about to win over all of our hearts.

That Awkward Moment debuts in theaters nationwide tomorrow, January 31.
