Viewers have recently seen Josie on Channel 4’s The Jump.  The Huge Brother star had joined the likes of Spencer Matthews, Lydia Bright and Louis Smith out in Austria, and has spent the last few weeks honing her skills on the slopes.  But, as The Jump kicked off its fourth series, fans saw Josie bow out of the competition after refusing to jump in the elimination round.  But that doesn’t mean it’ll be the last of Josie we see on our screens.  Josie …
