Uma Thurman comments on ‘weird’ new look

Uma Thurman has spoken out on her “weird” new look.

“The Slap” actress appeared on the “Today” show Thursday and addressed her noticeably different appearance at the premiere have fun for the NBC miniseries earlier in the week.

“I know, I look weird,” Thurman told “Today” co-host Savannah Guthrie.

“I guess unknown liked my make up,” she continued.

“I’ve been doing this for years and years and years and people say things nice and they say things mean and just like whatever.”

Thurman’s minimal eye makeup and super smooth forehead immediately sparked plastic surgery rumors following Monday’s red carpet walk.  

The star didn’t directly note to Guthrie on the nip-tuck prattle, but experts did weigh in to the Day after day News on the speculation.

Dr. Phillip J. Miller of the High East Side’s Gotham Plastic Surgery spoke to The News on the possibility that the 44-year-ancient star did undergo a treatment.

“It looks as if Thurman had her lower lids treated – the shape of her eyes is different now,” he said.

Dr. Victoria Karlinsky, a cosmetic surgeon on the High West Side argued the only difference in Thurman’s look was indeed her makeup.

“Whoever the makeup artist was – they can really exchange her look with the stroke of a brush,” she said

“If she had a facelift or other work, there would be a divulging sign,” Karlinsky added.
