Fans of the British teen drama, Skins, were beyond doubt saddened when the show went off the air last summer. Over the course of seven series, audiences were introduced to a number of fine actors, such as Nicholas Hoult, who later went on to even larger stardom. Thankfully, over the past year, cast members from all three generations have started to pop up in new films and TV shows. Those not quite ready to let go of Cassie (Hannah Murray), Cook (Jack O’Connell), or Emily (Kathryn Prescott) can find solace in considering the actors who described them back in the limelight this fall.

Nicholas Hoult (Tony, First Generation)

Undoubtedly the largest star to come out of the series, Hoult has crossed over to the big screen with roles in the X-Men franchise and Warm Bodies. He can next been seen in Dark Places (Nov. 2014) and Mad Max: Fury Road (May 2015), both co-starring Charlize Theron.

Joe Dempsie (Chris, First Generation)

After his turn as the pleased-go-unlucky Chris, Dempsie appeared on a number of shows, such as Doctor Who and Merlin, before landing a recurring role as Gendry on Game of Thrones. While he was gone during season four of GoT, it’s likely he’ll be back in season five. Dempsie also stars in Monsters: Dark Continent, the sequel to the indie sci-fi monster tap that was a hit in 2010. The film hits theaters on Sept. 26.

Hannah Murray (Cassie, First Generation)

When Skins first premiered, Murray quickly became a fan favorite thanks to Cassie’s hypnotizing, yet troubled character. After winning a BAFTA for her role, Murray went on from the series. She most recently joined Game of Thrones as Gilly and was bumped up to series regular in season four. Murray’s also back on the big screen with the British musical drama, God Help the Girl, which hit theaters in September.

Murray and her co-stars even stopped by VH1 to hang out with Jarvis in the elevator.
